1. Return & Exchange Period
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned with its original packaging and accessories.
- Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- A short video showing the issue, if necessary
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
3. Wrong or Missing Product
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, or any item is missing from your package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
4. Change of Mind
Returns due to a change of mind are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return delivery charges may apply.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following products may not be eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Personalized or specially prepared items
- Products specifically marked as Non-Returnable on the product page
6. Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed for the eligible product amount. Original delivery charges may not be refundable, except where the return is due to an error or fault on our part.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact you to arrange the available refund method.
